From the Principal’s Desk

I am happy to inform you that with the active support of the teaching and administrative staff, the cadets of the school have excelled in every possible field. We were able to achieve the targets set for the academic year 2008-09. The results of Class X and Class XII were one of the best so far. Three cadets from Class X were awarded Merit certificate for being the top 0.1% of the successful candidates in the country. The school also lifted IPSC Boxing Trophy and Pentangular Meet trophy. The results of NDA Examination were very encouraging with 24 cadets clearing the written examination and finally 11 clearing the SSB.

The school is taking lead in implementing ICT for educating our young cadets. All the class rooms are being equipped with modern gadgets including Interactive Board, visualizer, Interactive Panel    and Projection System to use multimedia resources for class room teaching. The complete school is being linked through LAN so that complete information about a cadet can be updated on a daily basis.   It  will also help the school in keeping parents updated with the performance of their ward through school’s website. Cadets will also get access to complete training material which they will be able to refer at any time. This project was conceived one and a half year back and it is good to see it functioning in the class rooms. We have also made provision of computers in the cadets’ dormitory which should be available in a year’s time.

The task of preparing our cadets for future life is an enormous responsibility. Recently, we have been rated as 7th best boarding school in South India and 27th best boarding school in India. I am happy to share with you that my team is leaving no stone unturned and that day is not far when our school will be rated as one of the best school in India.
